Made to Order Packaging If you can dream it...we can make it! Made to order packaging can be almost anything: bags, boxes, cello, tissue, gift wrap or ribbon. All can be made to fit your needs and specifications. Many recycled papers and EncoreTM recycled plastics are available in Made to Order packaging. MTO products require certain minimums and time. Here is a general guideline: Practical minimums for Made to Order packaging Paper Bags: 2,500 to 5,000 Plastic Bags: 6,000 to 10,000 per size European Corded Euro-Totes: 3,000 Small Folding Boxes: 6,000 Medium to Large Folding Boxes: 3,000 Jewelry Boxes and Rigid Boxes (cotton or not) 2,500 Tissue Paper: 10 reams Gift Wrap: 25 reams (817 reams) Cello Rolls: 200 Cello Bags: 25,000 Custom Printed Labels: 1,000 (order online!)
Printed Stock Packaging We’ll print 1 case of most stock bags! With our in-house hot-stamping presses, we can personalize almost all of our paper and plastic shopping bags, Studio bags, merchandise bags, and satin ribbons. Basic guidelines for printed stock products First orders require art/plate prep. We can help. We proof new art orders. Please allow approximately 2 weeks. Production time varies from 3 to 4 weeks. Minimum print charge is $70 for 250 bags. Print 1,000 bags, one-side for $130. (some restrictions) We can mix and match sizes in carton quantities. The total quantity counts toward a better printing rate.
Printing fees are based on a standard image area printed on 1-side. Large coverage and 2-sided printing is available. Please refer to our website for up-charges. The minimum plate cost for first time hot stamp orders is $85, up to 50 sq. in. and includes normal typesetting, scanning, pre-press and proofing. Combinations of bag sizes when printed at the same time, in the same color using the same plate are allowed. We will be glad to discuss large quantities, wide coverage or unusual artwork. Ink Printing (instead of Hot-Stamping) is available for only $75 per 1000 bags on natural kraft, white kraft or oatmeal kraft bags.
